All of our staff are highly experienced within the care home field and well versed in the day to day running of care homes as well as their specific needs and requirements. We deliver our very own training to our staff allowing us to assess their effectiveness and expertise in their particular field. As a small, intimate agency we provide a personable, accessible 24/7 service with our service manager also providing regular on-site support. We are not a call centre where communication is rigid and scripted; due to our small size there is less room for error as communication is tighter and quickly relayed.
